It must be summer because I’m already suffering through 90 degree heat and instead of writing an I Ask post in the cool air-conditioned house, I was doing this, which just barely made up for the weather: (if you can’t see the pictures, click here)
So I’m going to skip my advice column this week unless I ask if you are heading over to these spectacular posts:
- Lazy Math: A One Act Family Play: I wrote this one act play for Richmondmom.com. It goes along well with my gifted post this week. A google more of proof that there can be only one. Gifted, lazy parent that is.
- How To Be Yourself While Writing For Others: I waxed philosophical on how to maintain your voice while writing for others for Eli Rose Social Media. I also caution against cancer jokes that end in a preposition.
- This Blogger Makes A Father’s Day Gift Guide: The Dad In Your Life May or May Not Thank You (Or Us): Our Father’s Day gift guide, which includes zombies, leaf blowers and bowties for a cause. So you are pretty much set for life.
- Sometimes Coveting Your Neighbor’s Stuff Pays Off: Hands down, the cutest giveaway ever — even my husband asked if he could enter to win a personalized block or frame for his patients. (Not to commemorate him. Although maybe.)
Thanks for supporting the people who support me. Or for faking it by clicking on the links quickly and going on with your day.
